Powder River Manor

41-bed skilled care nursing home facility staffed by dedicated and compassionate professionals. Powder River Manor was constructed in 1977 through the efforts of a group of community and county citizens who had an interest in seeing quality care given to those who could no longer live at home.

Powder River Manor is dedicated to providing the highest quality of care by: 1.
